Thea gots hands, I used to think I needed my tissue to be punished and everything had to be borderline painful. News to me there are other ways of activating those nerve endings and unlocking the kinks and knots. Get you a massage from Thea you will be glad you did.

I have been getting massages from Nicole for years. Not only does she provide a comfortable and relaxing experience, she also is fantastic at targeting those pinched nerves and sore muscles. She also goes above and beyond and will teach you different stretches and exercises to help with your problem areas. I can't recommend Nicole enough, you won't leave disappointed.

My experience with Nichole at Dharma has been fantastic. I’ve seen her for massage over the last two years, from pre-pregnancy, throughout my pregnancy, and now afterward. Her ability to cater to the different needs I’ve had throughout pregnancy made me feel really cared for. She has a great way of helping focus on breathing to get the most out of the session, which I really appreciate. I’d highly recommend treating yourself to the 90 minute massage. The table is so comfortable (and can be heated which feels divine). If you’re looking for a great massage experience, I highly recommend Dharma.
