My hygienist was thorough, asking me questions even before she started evaluating my teeth. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. The female dentist also took the time to examine my teeth (not just the poke 3 teeth and call it a day). The check out receptionist was also kind. I didn't expect to spend 2 full hours at an initial dental visit, but this office takes the time to hear your concerns, evaluate thoroughly, and answer all questions. I will never go anywhere else.
