Decent clinic for general family primary care. Front office staff needs to possibly take some customer service training and learn to appreciate their customers more. Doctors seem a bit inexperienced and learning. Any serious conditions or concerns you might want to consult a specialist somewhere else. But overall a nice asset to have in Rapid City.

I have been taking my family to Creekside for the last 7 years. The whole family loves Dr. Phillips, and his amazing nurse, Danielle. Together they make such an amazing team by providing excellent care to my family. I truly cannot say enough about the both of them. They really go above and beyond what would be expected of medical providers.The clinic is beautiful, with a warm and homey feel. The front desk staff has changed over the years, but have always been kind and accommodating. I especially love their current front office team. A very fun and personable, yet professional group of people.

I've been coming to this clinic since my daughter was 2 so roughly 7 years and I've got to admit, besides a few mishaps with certain staff, these people care. Dr. babbitt was my pcp for YEARS and helped me realize that my life was more than depression and she recommended me to Dr. Kapsch and gayle and I've never ever had anything but amazing things to say about these women. Dr Phillips and Dr Larson have been my kids' pcp as well and before them it was Dr wingert and Dr Sachs - - they all always make me feel better as a parent and a human when my kids are sick. The pandemic brought out some scary sides in all of us, so I'd like to cut all them... read full review
