I had the opportunity to experience the Cold Chamber and the Red Light therapy bed. I went in with no expectations. When I arrived I was tired and lethargic from the day/week. When I was done, I felt energized and aware. Didn’t expect that. What I really didn’t expect was to have a solid night of Great Sleep! Loved my visit to CoolCRYO! I did the sauna treatment and it was amazing and super relaxing and left me feeling refreshed. The staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home. The space is spotless and has such a cool, modern vibe. Can’t wait to go back!
