We travel with our shih tzu and for the first time, we forgot her medication. I called the office on the way into town and after sending them the RX, we had her medication the next day! That’s above and beyond, considering we’re not regular clients.
I went to them in a panic, one of my cats ate a plant that is highly toxic to cats. And before judging, it was bright to my place and I was not home so it was left there for me. Anyway , they were OUTSTANDING. I found my vet for rapid city. Thank you so very much. My boy is doing great and playing with his brother .
Was recommended by a co-worker to try Cook Vet clinic. Have had 3-4 visits and have been very happy with the people and service. Also they do their best to keep costs down and accommodate your wishes. I never have "Sticker Shock" here, they are very reasonable and that is important to everyone now days!
