Chapter Aesthetic Studio is a welcoming place with amazing staff. Erica and Kristie are sweet, personable, and excellent at their job. They provide thorough information and make clients feel comfortable. The front desk staff is also wonderful and professional. The atmosphere is inviting, and they make sure to answer all questions. Overall, a fantastic experience that leaves customers feeling happy and satisfied.

So imma be honest, I don’t do reviews unless I either really had a bad experience or a really good one. As a first timer with doing ANY kind of filler, I felt very welcomed there. Didn’t feel judged or pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable doing, and was really listened to for what I needed. Kristie goes above and BEYOND, she’s a perfectionist, which is always a good quality. When I returned for my 2 week check up, she even helped fix or give me more of what I wanted more of to a T. I’m so glad I invested in this place, not a lot of places to trust around this area. But I trust this place for sure.

Front desk staff is wonderful. Erica is amazing and excellent at providing information that is easy to understand and allows you to decide what’s best for you, no pushy sales pitch, very professional. Thoroughly enjoy every appointment.
