Dr. Carpenter and his staff were amazing throughout my implant process. I have had a prior implant from a different office and it was horrible. So needless to say I was a little nervous but the whole process went flawlessly. My fit has been perfect and I have had no issues. I highly recommend Carpenter Dental for your implant needs.
Amazing patient-centered people!! We're from out of town and on vacation from Nashville, TN, but Rapid City people... this is one of the finest, most caring dental offices I've ever seen! If you need a dentist, this is the place! The following is lengthy, but it demonstrates the quality patient-centered care I recieved! My family and myself had flown into the area to visit beautiful South Dakota for vacation. Unbeknownst to me, I had an old root canal that had become problematic, painful, and infected. I tried to wait until Monday, but the pain was too great and began too spread and it had started to swell. Not knowing what to do, and I had a heart valve replacement last year, I knew and infection in my mouth was not good—not too mention the pain. Oh, that pain! So, after not sleeping at all Friday night I began calling several Rapid City dentist office and leaving messages and calling emergency numbers. Dr. Carpenter was the ONLY dentist that returned my call and he did promptly, considering it was 9am on a Saturday!! Dr. Carpenter called me back and we discussed what was going and he asked to see me and he was going to call one of his assistants to meet us there. We drove into Rapid City from Wall, SD and met Dr. Carpenter and Kala at the office. They asked my family to come in and made them comfortable, which was an awesome gesture, and then took me back and got me examined. Being from out of town, on vacation, and they came in on an emergency basis, Dr. Carpenter and Kala, still gave me options considering my treatment and even consulted with my dentist back home (which I had earlier called). That was amazing! Thank you Dr. Carpenter and Kala, for taking time for an emergency case! The residents and visitors of Rapid City are lucky to have you!!! A part of me, and an back molar, are now a part of South Dakota forever! 😊 God Bless you and your staff!
