Prior to moving to Rapid I conducted research and found that Black Hills Realty (specifically TJ) were the ones that i wanted to assist in finding our home. TJ was phenomenal. I would say that TJ went well above what a normal realtor would do to find our home. He worked long hours taking into consideration our desires for what we wanted in a home. TJ was not satisfied finding us a home until we were satisfied; which we were very satisfied in the home that TJ found for us.
