This is my first time using this company and it was worth it. They really worked to get things taken care of. I went through Home Serve so I can't quote how much I paid but they were professional and I didn't feel like they were just taking the easy way out.
Great customer service. Plumber (John) and assistant (Casey) were on-time and very professional.
They replaced our washer and dryer water hoses. Both appliances had to be moved from a pedestal; lots of heavy lifting.
Had an issue pop up and no other company area would take the time to look at the issue. Called Black Flag Plumbing and they had someone out the very next day and the issue was fixed in under an hour. They were very professional and explained everything up front of potential cost. When the work was done the price I was given was extremely lower than what I expected. I will be using only them for all future plumbing projects.
