Had to bring my dog in for hospitalization. All the Doctors I dealt with over the 3 days were amazing. I am a 3hr drive away and have been bringing my dog back. She has diabetes and they have more experience than my local vet at home. The staff at the front desk are helpful and caring and even with all their patients still remember my dog and our story. Cannot recommend this place enough, and am Truly grateful they exist.
Took Gracie in for a yearly check-up and shots. Staff were all very professional and friendly; they listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I felt that my puppy was well taken care of.
These people who work here and love animals are absolutely the kindest, most knowledgeable and compassionate people we have ever met! Our little dog got deathly sick during our stay in Rapid City and thank goodness the Animal Clinic of Rapid City was there for us! We brought our baby in at 8 pm & she needed help ASAP. The great Dr. Brigman and her staff were on duty and this place was a total blessing for us. They took excellent care of our baby and SAVED HER LIFE!!
