“We are attempting to buy a triplex. So when I heard that my Accountant had spoken to my Lender I was not happy. We had worked with Brittany of Jennifer's Accounting for some time and were always very pleased with her work on our behalf. Until now.

We arrived at her office with me in the firing mode. However, I'm learning to slow down and take deep breaths while giving time for the presumed guilty party to explain what happened.

We asked if she had spoken to our lender and she was shocked at the question. No! I wouldn't do that without your consent.

Turns out our Lender was referring to Accounting rather than our Accountant. At least that is the best we can figure. After speaking for a bit Brittany got our Lender on the line and made sure everything was smoothed over.

Not only is Brittany awesome when it comes to numbers but she handled a volatile situation very professionally. Yes, I started in to this event sure that heads were going to roll but it ended amazingly well. While I hope you don't have to endure what we did today, I can tell you that you are in excellent hands with Brittany if such becomes necessary.

“Our CPA passed away and I cannot believe how difficult it was finding someone to take over the mess of paperwork we have! It took months of waiting for call backs, etc., but when I contacted WHB, I got immediate assistance. We went to their "open house" last night and met up with a few people we knew who have been happily using their services, including one who has been with them for about 30 years. That says a lot.
