Our HVAC system quit on us in late July. We sent in the service request that night on the Peitz, Pierre South Dakota web site. They called the next morning early and said a technician would be there by 10:00 that morning. Ron arrived on time and quickly found our problem. He was professional and courteous. He explained the AC coil had a leak that could not be repaired. The system was 23 years old and that it needed replaced. He arranged for Josh to come by that afternoon to talk to us. Called them on one of the hottest days of the year, as our unit wasn't keeping up. The technician (Roman) was here within two hours of our call, added what was needed to our unit, gave us some advice for the future, and off he went. We're so grateful.
