In the Leicestershire months, I have had a very good experience with Orkin. Their service people have been professional and very knowledgeable. They are also courteous and friendly.
I used Orkin over a year ago, and called them this week when we unfortunately needed them again. I love their customer service. Their process takes some effort but works. They come to do an inspection and then come back to treat. They are very thorough in their communication as to what is needed and pricing.I had googled Orkin this time for the number and accidentally called another “Sponsored” company who, when asked, said they were Orkin. They showed up did the service, and at the end told me they weren’t Orkin and charged me way more. I asked if it meant they would come back and he said yes, but it wouldn’t be needed. Seth from Orkin came right on time and he has been here before so we got to converse a little while he did his work and it was very nice. It’s like having a good friend come over and do the service for me. Thank you so much, I appreciate everything that Orkin has done at my place!
