Every time I've visited this store has been a great experience! I love the variety of goods to shop from. I usually leave with something extra, I'm always happy about that. The atmosphere is welcoming and inspiring. The conversations with the owners are always great. Their customer service is the best. This is one of my favorite stores in the area! Whether you're needing nicotine, cbd, smoke accessories, decor, something spiritual or spicy, & even just to hang out; OCM is THE spot! ?

The worst service ever! I ordered flowers for a funeral 3 days before the wake and 4 days before the funeral. They were never delivered. Imagine my disappointment as my family notified me that there were no flowers delivered for me to the wake or the funeral. This is an embarrassment, making me look like I did not care enough to do this!! I called them twice and still have not heard back from them. This is shameful!!I can't see how to respond to your response. I talked to several people, including Jeanette on Friday night. Not one person mentioned that the shop was closed. I was told they would get the information to the proper channels and get it taken care of. I will not hesitate to report this to the BBB and any other organization that would monitor these business practices.

Do not recommend at all. We had a coworker that lost a family member. We know of 2 plants that where paid for and where to be delivered and never came. So they thought that no one cared or sent anything. Randomly came up and we called, they assured us they would pay another company to fill this order a week after it was to be at the funeral home.. well there payment was declined and no plant ever came. So we lost our $ and the family never got the respect and item of sympathy they deserved!!! Absolutely the worst feeling to someone who has lost a family member. DO NOT USE!

My work ordered me a plant for my Grandpa’s funeral. Found out it was supposed to be delivered Saturday for services Sunday/Monday. Still don’t have them and I’m back home 5 hours away. After getting asked about the plant by who ordered them, I called in, got sent to a 24 line, couldn’t even talk to someone in the store but she took note of it all. Was told I’d get a call ASAP (she thought they left early for the day). Didn’t get one that day or when they opened up. I had to call 4 hours after they opened and had to explain why I was upset for not getting a service that was paid for already, it’s already too late to have during the services obviously but it’s the thought of having the plant during the hard days I was/am dealing with. Claimed they didn’t have any note of the call from previous day. Said I’d get a call today from them when the new order is done at a place in my town and never got a call.

I had to send flowers from out of state at short notice. Bridge City Floral Gifts went above and beyond to fulfill my order. The original arrangement I wanted was not available so I trusted in their professionalism to create something just as beautiful with what they had available. At the last minute, they were short a few flowers but this was immediately communicated to me. I received a message that they were going to fulfill the order but at a slightly later time than expected, and that they would hand deliver it by 8:30am the next day for a 10:30 funeral. Great communication. I was so grateful!
