“We have used Luke’s 3 times and have always been very satisfied. They got here quickly, they fixed the problem, they were fair in pricing (even adjusted something making the bill less AFTER we’d already been billed without my asking) and super friendly. Called this morning again at 6:45am with furnace out and they had someone here within 30 minutes. Also appreciate whoever answers the phone/works the appointment scheduling… always VERY kind, helpful, and empathetic to whatever our issue is. Love them!“
