Upon first communication, Kevin was very friendly and responsive. We scheduled a time for Kevin to come out for service and he was on time and prepared to complete the work. Our service work was done in a timely manner and Kevin explained everything he was doing and cleaned up nicely when the job was complete.
Kevin's work is impeccable. He surveyed the area for installation of a gas pipeline branch for our new gas stove and was able to complete the project the same day with the supplies he had in his truck. Kevin is polite and pleasant to visit with. He even listened to my husband tell stories from his past.
Kevin was amazing, our A/C went out and it was an emergency. He was very helpful over the phone troubleshooting. He arrived quickly and was very easy to work with!
