I went in for a haircut while in the Black Hills visiting family. I have long, wavy hair and am particular about how stylists cut it to keep the length and have it looking healthy and happy again. Chalsey did a wonderful job of keeping my length and refreshing my long layers and face framing just the way I asked. I was very happy with how it turned out. She has a lot of great services available in her salon too.

The atmosphere at Yates Hair Shaft Salon and Spa was like spending time with a best friend and then it just kept getting better. Chalsey cut my hair in a style where it just magically falls into place. No curling irons or hairspray needed. A month later, I'm still loving it and getting compliments on what a great cut it is. I finally found the BEST hair stylist ever and she's only 598 miles from home. Road trip! 👍

At yates they have all the services you need under one roof. Chalsey cuts everyone in my family's hair and I have recently gotten my eyebrows done with her. She is the best! I have had little to no eyebrows most of my life so I was super nervous that I wouldn't like them. I trusted her and the process I couldn't be more happy with way they turned out. I love her because she is straightforward and honest and would never do anything that she thought would make you not like like the way you look. I highly recommend Chalsey if you are in the market for new brows and any other services you need!
