We broke down on the side of 90 between Lyman and Reliance, SD in the middle of a cross country move from the Midwest. We got a tow to Charley’s, and Jordan and Dean absolutely took care of us. They weren’t able to get us back up and running (because that would have required a complete engine replacement) but they did help us figure out our next steps and assisted us with getting lodgings for the night. The people in Kennebec are not your regular breed and the guys at Charley’s do not fall under the category of your typical mechanic. I was on a cross-country road trip and had a nail in my tire called Charlie’s and they could fit me in in the next 20 minutes. only had a five maybe 10 minute wait all of the staff were wonderful very professional and easy to work with could not be more satisfied with the service I got when I was in a pinch would recommend to anyone else to go, especially if you’re in a tight spot like I was, the price was also very reasonable for a services performed

These guys are awesome! Dean and Lee helped us out at very short notice when the wind literally tore the bumper off my car on a cross country road trip— They fixed it up and got us back on the road in just half an hour! Great guys willing to help when we were in a bad spot with a weird problem. It was even outside of their usual work hours but they were the only place around that could help. The service was super fast and super affordable, these are honest men that get the job done. Can’t thank them enough for their help!!
