“We were in Hot Springs for a week with the goal of finding a home or land to purchase for retirement from Virginia. We stopped by the office and were greeted by the front desk assistant who took our information as Cathy was not in. Cathy called us that day and we met with her the next day. We had spoken and met with a couple of other agents who were not local and felt like they were more interested in selling us high end homes in town than helping us find a place in the country that was affordable. Cathy listened to what we were looking for and immediately pointed us in the right direction so we could look on our own then showed us the properties we were interested in. We met with Cathy on Friday and by Monday we had selected a 4 acre lot for building. Cathy was with us through closing and is still available to help us with finding builders and local resources.
