Integrity Realty
“The market in the Black Hills is a tough one, but we felt we had a local advantage by using Jim and June. They were no pressure, very friendly and professional. With years of experience, they have professional and local insight that is worth using a realtor. They helped us in a couple different scenarios, but the most when we went to purchase our house. One little suggestion in our offer was the one little thing that ultimately gave us the edge over others. It seemed so insignificant at the time, but on Jim's suggestion we did it. We couldn't be more pleased. Everything was so smooth during closing, they were completely on task and on time. We definitely recommend them!”
