Midwestern Mechanical provides good care for HVAC needs. They did a great job on a minisplit that had been neglected by another business, and the technicians were friendly, exceedingly knowledgeable, and professional. In rural areas, scheduling can take time, and mileage and travel costs may be a little expensive, but the service is worth it. They completed a quick and fantastic job on a trailer’s HVAC at the lake, with polite staff and reasonable cost. The company is helpful and kind, getting customers into the schedule quickly and assessing furnace problems. Customers are treated with respect and politeness, and the installation is thorough and clean, making the transaction smooth and fair.
I’m very pleased with Jade & Page, they were very respectful of me & my home. They explained everything they were doing & why but most importantly they had my A/C up and running in no time. We are so fortunate to have that quality of service in our area. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience & I appreciate that ! Thanks kids for taking care of this Granny !!
They did a great job working on my minisplit that had been installed and neglected by another business. We are very rural so it took some time to get scheduled. The mileage and travel time was a little on the expensive side, but that’s part of living rurally. The guys were friendly, exceedingly knowledgable , and professional. We are very thankful for their good care. Would definitely recommend.
We were treated with respect and politeness from the second we stepped through the door. Rachelle was very knowledgeable in helping us pick out a furnace/central air package. The technicians were on time for installation and all of them had a great sense of humor. They took the time to explain everything and were very thorough cleaning up.
