Extremely happy with the communication, work and quality and care that went into the job that Chad from Elite Heating and Cooling did for us. Our furnace wasn't heating higher than 60 and when we reached out, Chad made sure to squeeze us in as soon as possible (same day, within the hour). He recommended a few options for what we could do. His recommendation did not feel like pressure and he discussed pros and cons with us. He discussed what we could afford financially and what some financing options might be. Ultimately, we decided to buy a new unit and was able to get it installed next day, because they had the unit on hand.
