Matt stopped returning phone calls and emails. He said it was because of phone problems, then he said family problems, then tried to shift the blame to me because I didn't get back within 3-4 days and I guess that inconvenienced him. Then the office assigned Linda. She was helping me, had the documents ready for me to e-sign. Went in this morning to e-sign the document to find out she had withdrawn the documents overnight from being the listing agent without an explanation. I called, she said the hill my house is on is too steep. Maybe she hasn't noticed yet, but Lead is a mountain town and I didn't know what to say. You shouldn't say you're going to take on a job and then back out without a replacement. The people in this office are not as good as their word and I can't recommend them. It seems there's something dysfunctional happening in the entire office. I'm very disappointed and let down by this Century 21 office.

Having dealt with Greg previously, he again continued to far exceed my expectations. Greg and his son Matt worked diligently to find us a property that was truly our dream place.Greg never pressured us to buy even after showing multiple properties and was always concerned that we find the right property.Greg is really good at what he does by keeping his customers first and foremost. A true professional in every sense of the word. There is never any pressure to buy and I believe he would rather forgo a sale before he would sell you a piece you would not ultimately be happy with. "Greg Klein came recommended to us from employees at our Attorney's office. He was quick to respond and positive about the possibility of selling the house quickly.Not only did Greg help us sell this house quickly, he also knew of people that would help us to empty the house of furnishings that were left in the house. My situation was different from a typical seller, I was selling the house for my uncle who is in a nursing home. Called and spoke to Greg on a Friday about a property that was just listed. He said only one offer had came through and that it was declined. I was very interested and told him that I lived here in the hills and that his office could have my property to list if I would be purchasing there listed property. He then informed me that there was interested party driving up from Arizona and that they would be here Monday. I told him that I would like to come in before that to make an offer just incase if they were serious since they were coming from that far. We scheduled a 3:30 PM appointment for Monday and he told me he would call me in the morning to find out their ETA if I needed to come in earlier. Mysteriously the party shows up early on Sunday (supposedly) makes a cash offer for full asking price and goes under contract he didn't even waste his time to give me a call to let me try to put in a offer or see the property. I also had previously told him that I could come in Sunday if need be to make it before the other party arrived. All he cared about was the cash offer so there would be no escrow no contingencies even though he could have made more money by listing my property while selling that one to me. He'd rather sell to an out of town vacation home party that will probably airbnb it from Arizona than a year round local family. I was completely blown off and disrespected. I should of just contacted the real estate center from the start. They sold me my home in 2020 and were complete professionals and respectful!
