Great Location, Great Apartment, Best Property Manager!Apartment located right off interstate, miles of biking/walking paths throughout Dunes area & golf course, apartment has vaulted ceilings, lots of light, awesome appliances and fireplace. Allow dogs and there is a huge open area next to the apartment which has been great for tossing the ball with our dog.Nita, the property manager, has been the best. We've lived in many apartments in various states over the years - and this is the only POSITIVE review I have written. Dakota Prairie Apartments is a community offering ten private 8-plex buildings consisting of all two-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes a single stall exterior garage. Located on a cul-de-sac, this pet-friendly property offers amazing green space in a park like setting. Main floor units have exterior patios, while second story units have vaulted ceilings and decks. Units have an in-suite laundry with a full size washer and dryer. Each apartment offers a full kitchen with appliances, an open floor plan with kitchen bar area, fireplace, large or walk-in closets and fully appointed bathrooms. Floor coverings consist of vinyl and carpet, the units are a neutral tone to complement your furnishings.
