“I visited Monument Health Custer Clinic’s urgent care on March 24 while traveling from out of state, and I was extremely impressed with the facility—it’s absolutely beautiful and feels very new! The staff was professional, and I had the pleasure of being seen by Avery Sides. She is intelligent, friendly, easy to talk to, and provided excellent care. I would highly recommend her and the clinic overall.
That said, be mindful of the costs. My visit, including testing for SARS, influenza, and RSV, totaled $797, which seemed quite steep for an urgent care visit. Fortunately, my insurance helped with some of the expenses, but the pricing was still surprising.
If you’re in need of urgent care in Custer, this is a fantastic facility with great staff—just be sure to check on potential costs beforehand!”
