Update: One of the staff members, Alicia, contacted me in the afternoon to offer me an appointment the next day as availability opened up. When I arrived, everyone was very courteous and attentive. They seemed to truly want to get to know me. The staff member who made the appointment did offer an apology, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. White was very attentive and was very thorough in explaining the process and results with me. He also sent me a personalized email afterwards incase I needed anything else. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The minion wanted to try contacts and they patiently went through the process of helping him try them on. He wasn't successfully getting them in his eyes but they were encouraging throughout the whole process. We also like that they check for everything when it comes to the health of your eyes and explain in layman's terms what it is they are looking at and looking for. A one stop shop where you can get your eyes examined, purchases glasses/contacts and get them fixed. Very convenient.
