Update: One of the staff members, Alicia, contacted me in the afternoon to offer me an appointment the next day as availability opened up. When I arrived, everyone was very courteous and attentive. They seemed to truly want to get to know me. The staff member who made the appointment did offer an apology, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. White was very attentive and was very thorough in explaining the process and results with me. He also sent me a personalized email afterwards incase I needed anything else. I appreciated them accommodating me during the holidays. 11/16/22: This is purely regarding staff. I scheduled an appointment 2 days ago verbally recited back date and time as confirmation only to find out upon arrival that the receptionist had scheduled my appointment for the week before (a date that had ALREADY passed). There was no acknowledgement or apology for the mix up, just that they couldn't accommodate me and I'd have to reschedule. Being a new mom and trying to juggle my husband's work schedule and baby's schedule, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
