Gates Heating and Cooling Installed new hvac in a new construction apartment for me , thru Alabama Power smart financing… i had to call him back three times to fix his work. the last time was for the pan overflowing in my attic… water came thru the ceiling (luckily i just had the subfloor in)… he came and installed a float valve, which is supposed to shut off the HVAC if the pan gets full again… He wired it wrong… (spencer heating and air fixed it)when, this week, the pan filled up again, because it was not level, flooded through the ceiling again, dripped on a brand new queen mattress, and soaked all the way through to the new tongue and groove maple floor.... read full review

I wouldn't say hate, they put a furnace in and did a fine job three years ago, but i needed a check of my system for summer, and now for winter and nobody had called back. I have left 9 messages. So maybe they just are to busy.
