Furness funeral home was very good with handling my mom's funeral. From the beginning to the end. They were knowledgeable in all aspects and empathic with what we were going through. They followed up with me afterwards to see if I needed anything. Very professional and so glad they were there for the whole family

Going through the loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult things a person can do. When my sister got her cancer diagnosis, she knew that she wanted to be buried in Clark, SD, despite living in OR, and she contacted the Furness Funeral Home to see what could be done to make that happen. Through the past two years, they were by her side every minute, discussing options available to her, and assuring her that her wishes would be honored at the end of her journey. I appreciate the respect and care taken by the staff at Furness Funeral Home in handling my dads funeral. Kelly and Brenda's empathy help my mom and I tremendously in all facets from preparation to the final service. They have checked in on us to see how we were doing since my dads passing, This is a business with a heart.
