They helped us out in the blizzard, not only was he extremely polite but also helped us get back to the nearest town (with a hotel) he came out during a no travel advised time and honestly we really appreciate everything he did.

Steve pulled my semi out of a ditch. He was awesome. A lot of people in my situation would probably complain about a steep price, but that's what it costs for a semi to have a wrecker show up. He even called a separate road service company to come out and diagnose why my truck stalled and wouldn't crank back up, and that guy was super nice and well priced also. All in all for a bad situation, I couldn't have asked for better people help me out.

Slid off the highway and got stuck in the snow and mud in the median and after waiting hours for AAA to arrange service we called Steve's directly and I was out and on my way within the span of a half hour. Wish I would have just called them to begin with. Excellent, professional, fast, friendly service.
