We have been taking our precious pets to the country resort for many years. They have been taking care of several 'generations' of our felines. Love that the feline room has heavy door/glass that is separated from dog area not to stress cats. They recently updated the ventilation as well. Good to see businesses putting upgrades in! The cat room has a window for kitties to look out, cats get time out of their kennels for play and window sitting. I trust the staff with our fur children. Before choosing them I researched and did unannounced drop in visits to locations. This is the place for your precious pets!
They did a very good job with our dog ?. He seemed to be happy and wasn't stressed, at drop off or pick up. He was well taken care of and enjoyed the one on one time. They seemed to enjoy him as well
Tom will forever be in my phone for the training of any dog I get. His approach is so loving, and you really feel like your dog wants discipline just as much as you want it for them. He really helps show you how to be a better owner and raise a better dog. I've seen him multiple times, and every time I have learned something new.
