Heath has done an exceptional job for us. Not once, but twice. Last year the sump pump in our brand new home failed and our basement was underwater. Heath showed up nearly immediately and was able to correct the problem for us. Then this year, through an accidental clipping of wires on the Septic pump system, we again had a disastrous mess in the basement of our new home. While we were able to tear out the pad and carpet ourselves, Heath again came to our rescue with fans and dehumidifiers. Used for air duct cleaning. Easy to schedule over the phone. Offered an estimate, but I heard such great reviews that I just decided to book on the spot. Friendly, professional, excellent service and price. Provide me with education on my ducts and air filter. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to use Total Maintenance's services.
Called and set up a free estimate for Friday and set up to have the ducts and dryer vent cleaned on Monday. Nice guy, very professional, quick service turn around time, all around great experience, and now my brand new dryer is no longer taking over 3 hours to dry one load, I am averaging 50 minutes dry time which is amazing! Thank you!!
