They had a guy out the same day I called and had my AC unit running in no time. The customer experience from Andrew on the phone and the technician at my house couldn't have been better. If your looking for HVAC service then look no further! The service with Prairie Wind is second to none, they are true professionals. Josh took time out of his evening to return my call about issues with our furnace. He told me whether or not he gained my business, he just wanted to make sure I was educated to be safe. I knew I did not want to look any further for service after that conversation. I made an appointment with Josh and he stopped over to assess our situation.
