Needed a vet for an unexpected sick pup on a recent hunting trip. Heartland was able to get me in on short notice. I felt we received excellent care from Dr. Fedeler and his staff. Thorough examination, a few tests and some medications and we were back to our hunting trip (she did get the day off though) . Dr Fedeler took his time and answered all my questions. Heartland Veterinary Clinic is absolutely amazing. They were so kind to our bunny, Sweetheart, and helped me to help her cross over to the rainbow ? bridge. They also helped us with our bun, Chester a few years back. The staff were so kind and gave me plenty of time with her. I'm happy that they accept visits for bunnies ?! They don't do surgeries on buns but can do checkups and things of that nature. If a certain procedure is needed that they can't provide, I'm certain they could point you in the right direction. They are always so welcoming, loving and caring for Baylor every time she comes in! They are very helpful with calls over the phone/email and in person! She recently had a surgery with them for a spay and a day after she was still a little sleepy which is normal but doing great with minimal to no licking at the incision! She’s very comfortable and I’m very thankful of the good care and great work at their facility!
