“Heath has done an exceptional job for us. Not once, but twice. Last year the sump pump in our brand new home failed and our basement was underwater. Heath showed up nearly immediately and was able to correct the problem for us. Then this year, through an accidental clipping of wires on the Septic pump system, we again had a disastrous mess in the basement of our new home. While we were able to tear out the pad and carpet ourselves, Heath again came to our rescue with fans and dehumidifiers. We also hired him to shampoo, the remaining carpets that were unaffected because they had been walked across with nasty shoes from the other room, which was affected. He’s always super accommodating and tries his best to get there as soon as possible. He has even agreed to shampoo carpets in one of our rental units on Labor Day, if you can believe that.Always friendly and very professional. We appreciate him so much, and will be giving him our business from now on.“
