My husband, myself and our dog, Kroner were returning from a trailer travel trip, when Kroner took a health turn. He was a week shy of 17. Due to his decline, we asked our campground if they recommended a Vet close by they recommended Brandon Valley Veterinary Clinic, and Dr. Myers.
I called and left a message and shortly after Jennifer called me back and was able to accommodate a morning appointment. She was so nice on the phone, compassionate, caring and understanding.
Dr. Myers did a physical exam on Kroner and could easily tell there were issues but walked us through what all the possibilities were and tests we could run. She was very thorough, kind and caring.
We knew we did not want to put Kroner through heroic tests and treatments at his age and opted to put him down. This was so hard but necessary.
This was a tough ride home that was still a few days. We appreciate Dr Myers, Jennifer and the staff that showed us such empathy during a very difficult morning. Showing us such sincere kindness in losing our beloved furry family member, Kroner.”
