I’ll be honest, we’re from Sioux Falls and our normal vet clinic is one of the bigger names in town, but in an emergency situation they just didn’t meet our expectations. We called around with the information we knew about the situation and stumbled upon Horizon Pet Care. They were able to squeeze my dog in for his surgery same day. From the moment we walked in with O’Malley we were treated with such compassion, honesty and care during an extremely stressful time. O’Malley’s surgery went smoothly, communication throughout his stay at the clinic was thorough, and follow-up care was exceptional. It was very obvious everyone cared about his comfort and recovery.
