Best Heating and A/C company around! They are always fast to get all of our needs met! The office staff, installation crew, and service guys are very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient! We have been customers for 20+ years and have never been disappointed!
B&G came out for a routine maintenance on our HVAC units and found some problems that could have turned into a larger problem if they hadn't been so thorough. Professional, fast, clean, and much attention to detail. Highly recommended!
We needed a quick fix on a very old A.C. unit. Tom had one of his guys out that afternoon to figure out what was really needed. When that was figured out, we were given all the information to decide if a new unit was needed or if a part would do. They came out the next day and finished the project, so we will all be sleeping comfortably tonight! I haven't received our bill yet, but they were upfront with the labor rate and cost of equipment needed.
