Jessica is the most attentive, kind and understanding psychiatrist I've ever had. I'd follow her anywhere and recommend her to anyone struggling with mental health and or needs help getting on the right meds.

I been going to Jessica for years. She has been such a great help and has given me the skills and knowledge to continue through life. I have been very successful with my life and have found my journey through her. She is honest and straightforward. She doesn't surgar coat anything and tells you exactly what I needed to hear. She is very supportive and is making me a better person with every visit.

I have been seeing Jessica Koupal for years, and she finally branched out on her own and opened Mind Body Connections this year! She is the best thing that's ever happened to my mental health. Jessica takes the time to dig deep and find the root of my mental health struggles. She makes me feel like it's okay to not be okay sometimes. She tells it like it is and tells me what I need to hear. She doesn't feed me fluff to collect a paycheck.
