I have had to use septic tanks for 44 years and had many individuals and companies clean my tanks. When Todd cleaned out our tank he did the best job of anyone I have ever had clean out our tank. He was professionally dressed , his truck was clean and he did not leave a mess. Best I have ever had clean my tank, will use him again, and highly recommended.

I called the main number and spoke with Sheila. She asked a hand full of questions to help figure out what the issue might be. Then she dispatched Devon who arrived within a few hours. He was super helpful and friendly. He used a water jet to clear my sink drain, and he was in and out within an hour. He explained what to expect and said the work was warrantied. It was an excellent overall experience. I highly recommend Joe Dirt! They are great!
