I had Verne build me a 30x40 post frame shop in 2018. Verne, Ben and his crew do quality work at a fair price. He could afford to be a bit more proactive when reviewing plans with suppliers but that was minor. I would recommend Verne to a friend.

Can you saw awesome? Verne Little construction did a stamped patio for us. We have been wanting to do this for 5 years so in the beginning was a little apprehensive. Jared came over a lot....and i mean A LOT to discuss the plans, give us new estimates (because we couldn't decide what to do) and gave us different ideas. He was so patient and worked with us at our level. We gave him our budget and he was great in helping us to stick with that budget with great quality of work. All the employees were friendly and everyone treated you like family. End result: BEAUTIFUL!!!! We are so enjoying our stamped patio.
