My hot water heater broke and started leaking all over my basement floor last week. It was only 5.5 years old and I could not get ahold of the original plumber who installed it. I called SS plumbing and Steve came over on a Saturday to turn off the water and the gas to the tank (I'm sure I could have done it but I was afraid to touch anything ?). Thankfully the tank was still under warranty but he was not able to get a new one until Monday. Which I had 0 issues with since most of my family lives in town so we were able to shower and such at their houses. Steve showed up when he said he was going to and came prepared with everything needed to get the job completed.... read full review

One shower in our house had such low water pressure that it was basically unusable. SS Plumbing came out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem (it wasn't a clogged showerhead, and it needed a professional). I'd highly recommend them!
