They always take good care of my dogs! They are flexible on drop off and pickup times.

My dog freaked out when I brought him in. The lady threw an old blanket on the floor and put him in a big cemented kennel. It was extremely loud with dogs barking and smelled horrible like feces. Tried picking him up the next day for about 7 hours. No phone calls answered or return calls from 12pm to 7pm. Was charged for an extra half a day since we picked him up at 8pm! My dog had dog crap all over him and smelled horrible. Not impressed at all.
