The Pruetts are the only company I'll use for my AC/Heating needs. The day I closed on my home, the AC/Furnace went out and they were not only able to give me a great price on a new unit along with a brand new pad, but they were able to have it installed in a very timely manner so that I could enjoy my new home. Once the winter rolled around, there was an issue with my new furnace and they came out no questions asked and resolved the issue. I couldn't reccomend them more.

I stumbled across pruetts because our normal company couldn't come for a week with temps close to 100 I could not wait. Tammy from pruetts is the greatest. System is working better than it ever has and she kept me informed of the problems / cost. Pruetts just gained a customer!

Always excellent service! I have them service my heat pump regularly and they did an outstanding job installing a cool mini split in my new kitchen addition. Great local folks that truly care about their customers.
