I initially called to ask some questions because I was dissatisfied with my current pest services and the information I had previously been given was not making sense to me. Not only was Kelly patient in answering my questions, she built trust with me by being so forthcoming and educational. We recently had the pleasure of working with Freedom Pest Services, and our technician, Nate, was absolutely outstanding. I’ve never seen this level of effort from any pest control company before. Nate took his time walking the property, carefully inspecting every area, and never once rushed through the process.
What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to educate both my wife and me about what he was doing and what to look out for in the future. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience made the entire experience top-notch.
