I ordered my mom some flowers for Mother's Day. Designer's choice! I just wrote in the instructions the type of colors she likes, and I think I wrote that she loves peach roses. Well, even if I didn't, they included them anyway! They also included hydrangea and what I'm pretty sure are snapdragons(?), which also happen to be some of her favorites. I was a little nervous to put the ball completely in their court with this, but I can't believe how they knocked it out of the park. It's like they knew her lol. Of course, she loved them. Thank you for helping me make the day special for her.

I always want to give my business to local shops. However, I’m super disappointed by the quality of the bouquet I sent my friend. I ordered the deluxe of the “It’s a Girl” boquet and it it’s not even similar to the photo. Half of the flowers were replaced with daisies?

Horrible. Ordered a same day delivery on a Monday, notified of its delivery but it never arrived. Finally (Wed) got through on the unreliable phone menu & spoke to a real person, Mike, who promised to check on the problem & would call me back. Still no delivery or call back. (Thurs morn). Would not reveal local florist in charge of delivery.Cancelling my order.

Due to a mixup, my family realized that a casket spray was not ordered for my aunt's service. Flowers Etc. really came through for us. It was Labor Day and the funeral was the next morning. She pulled it together with the flowers that were on hand and it was a lovely arrangement. The delivery was on time and no one knew what happened. I am so grateful for the customer care and support in our time of need.
