I’m sure this will never get to Byrd his self but here goes. Have seen Dr. Byrd 30+yrs and never have I been told that they wouldn’t see me because I have a balance and they could not get me an appointment and wouldn’t until it was paid in full I told them I was on a set income and I could pay some on it but she said no,the reason I have a balance is on them I have paid when ever I go and they tell me what ever it is I owe ,so how is it I owe 187.?? And I have no copay or anything deductible not sure how that works.I have been trying to to get to the bottom of my legs swelling so I hope and pray I don’t have blood clots like Byrd thought but I can’t get in to see him to find out anything. I just can’t believe that they know how people are being treated and I know they have to get paid but is that all we are to y’all (a dollar).

This place doesn’t care about anyones concern, took my child in for a concern of mine as a mom and they have always said yeah I’ve seen worst and never do anything about it . They come in and talk more than actually getting to the bottom of a concern and me as a concerned parent never felt like they listened to me . The doctor's always talked about how her kids went through the same thing and they were always okay but every kid is different! Luckily I have switched doctors and this doctor shows all the concern and is already helping get to the bottom of my concerns with my children !

I had wrinkle injections at Byrd Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Center in Greenville, SC in April 2025, and unfortunately, l'm very disappointed with the results. Despite paying for the treatment, there was little to no improvement in the appearance of my wrinkles. Even worse, the injections caused uneven eyebrows, which has been distressing. I contacted the clinic to address these concerns, but they showed no willingness to correct the issue or offer any follow-up care. I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic for cosmetic treatments.

I got laser hair removal here and they are the best! I was having a little anxiety about it going into it but the nice lady at the front desk and the lady who did the laser were so sweet and reassuring to me throughout the whole process! 10/10 recommend!! Thank you ladies!

Dr Edwin Byrd injected Jeuveau, and within 48hours my skin was smoother, and within a week little to no wrinkles! I was very pleased with the service and will be back in 3 months! The staff was excellent and very caring with great bedside manner! Donna Littlefield
