I had to put my 13 year old dog down yesterday, and I am very appreciative of the care and professionalism shown by this veterinary team throughout the entire process. From the moment we arrived, they were thoughtful and attentive. We were provided with a private room and a separate entrance away from other clients, which was extremely helpful during such a difficult situation.
The staff assisted with getting my dog out of the car and handled her gently and respectfully, even though she was in pain. They consistently checked to make sure both she and I were comfortable and explained each step clearly. The doctor took the time to go over all available options and allowed me to make my own decisions without any pressure or influence.
My dog was fairly large, and the total cost was around $270, which I found to be very reasonable for the level of care provided. Overall, the staff was kind, patient, and professional, and I am grateful for how they handled such a challenging experience.

Admin staff are condescending, dishonest and make no excuse or won’t even explain why they are over charging you the quoted price! If you question them, they say, you’re not allowed to get another appt with us! The Dr was great though! The Admin think they’re your mother and talk to you like a 2 yr old child!

Dr was nice and informative, the front desk was condescending, misleading with their quote of pricing, (they are on the pricey side), and the admin staff treat you like 2nd class citizens. Won’t be back

My family and I have been coming to this vet for over 10 years. When I moved out on my own I got a cat and took him here. I called this morning because he has been throwing up all weekend. I was told they can see him in 3 weeks because it’s been longer than 3 years since they’ve seen him and he’s now considered a new patient. He has been young and healthy so I haven’t had a reason to bring him in. As a vet, you should understand that he couldn’t go 3 weeks without being seen if he’s throwing up. I understand that he’s considered a new patient, but if you’ve been seeing our family for 10 plus years you should have a heart and urgency to get him in. I have nothing but good things to say about the actual veterinarians there, but their receptionist staff needs some help with compassion with their long standing visitors. When I told her that he’s vomiting and we can’t wait three weeks her response was “I guess you should call around”.

Edited to add: I called another vet close by and as soon as I said he was vomiting, they got him in a few hours later. That’s when you know the vet cares more about the animals than their schedule or anything else.

Outrageous prices compared to other nearby vets. It’s sad to see the prices go up every month that we visit. I pulled out invoices from 6 months ago- now for charges we take on every month. My animals are my children and this place has exploited me and others. Do your research. Type this clinic in the search bar of fb and you will see for yourself. Everyone is leaving due to their selfish practices. Do not recommend.
