Yesterday my son and I went to Tangles. We never let anyone touch our hair, but we needed and I read some reviews and was expecting a good trim and hey, it was great.
She is very nice and professional, my son explained what he wanted and he is 12, very picky and yet she managed to do a great cut, he looks so handsome. With me, I was kinda confused on what I wanted and I'm glad she oriented me, because my hair is big and heavy. She uses scissors which I like a lot and she is experienced and was quick and did not cut a big bunch of hair just to say she did her job, I love how I look and my bangs are so cute.

This salon is incredible with kids who need extra time and understanding. Patient, skilled, and they never make you feel rushed. My boys leave happy and confident every single time.

I went into Tangles today for the first time and was absolutely delighted with my haircut. Katie cut my hair perfectly, just as I described. Thank you so much for the flawless haircut. I will definitely be back in a few weeks.
