Rick with Carolina Mountain Grading did an amazing job on our 3 1/2 acre lot. He came first and underbrush the land so I could see what I had to work with. He then came back and dug the stumps out where I had trees cut. The lot looks great awaiting perk test for house to be built. I highly recommend Rick for any of your grading needs
